So you've made the decision to donate your car but what should you do next? You want to make space in your front yard by donating the old beast that has been wallowing there for so long, and you’ve heard that you can do this whilst raising money for a noble cause. In order for you to feel good about auto donation, you need to have the utmost confidence and trust in the charity that you make your donation to. Before you donate your car, you should research enough to understand their track record in selling cars as it is their responsibility to sell yours. By doing this, you may be able to estimate how much money they will receive from your car and hence how much tax you will save. You will want your car to be sold at the highest possible price as this will help you, it will also help the charity who, in turn, will use it to help others. It's a win-win situation all round.
